Noticing with Dr Richard MacKinnon

P Soupers - it's the second part of a mini series - my new collaboration with Dr Richard MacKinnon from WorkLifePsych - where we delve into all things related to psychological flexibility and ACT - we're aiming to show you how relevant it is - not only to your work life, but your whole life.
