About Me

In my portfolio career I focus on:

  • coaching psychology;
  • the cultivation of psychological well-being and psychological flexibility in organisations, and

My experience covers roles in the Home Office and the Department for Business in management and Senior HR Roles. I've coached senior individuals and developed management teams to allow them to enhance their leadership style and impact.  I also delivered two rounds of award winning Assessment Centres for promotion to Senior Leadership roles.

As I continue to develop my portfolio career my aim is to use cutting edge behavioural science to improve people's experience at work, build personal resilience and deliver business benefits.
